Attention recent college grads! The GEICO Controller Department has the perfect entry level position for you. We currently have an opening for a Systems Analyst I, supporting our Financial and Treasury systems. The position offers a broad range of experience and learning opportunities that will jump start your career.
Responsibilities
* Perform analysis and prepare system requirements for financial and treasury system projects * Under direct supervision, assist with system setup, configuration and design * Under direct supervision, prepare system test plans and perform system testing * Act as liaison between users and developers to coordinate systems activities * Assist with preparation of training documentation and provide user training on new system applications * Assist with systems analysis and troubleshooting in support of production systems processing
Ideal Candidate
* BS degree in Information Systems, Accounting or related field * Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills * Strong technical writing skills * Ability to learn independently and work in a team environment * Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite * Experience with automated accounting or treasury systems is a plus * Experience with PeopleSoft/Workday systems is highly desirable * Experience with reporting tools is a plus
