Innovation Adoption Leader - Executive Product Management

The role-holder will be part of the newly formed Product Management as a Science and Innovation Adoption organization to drive product margin expansion across multiple GE businesses by serving as an expert in the domain of Product Management. The role-holder will facilitate improvement of Product Management at GE Renewable Energy through Innovation Adoption.
- Partner with GE businesses to develop them against the product management framework
- Lead GE’s Product Management process to drive Product Margin expansion in multiple GE businesses
- Partner with GRC BPMs to ensure GRC Technology programs are aligned to key business and customer value derivatives
- Leverage the industry ecosystem and work closely with Product Management Sciences organization to anticipate and plan disruption
- As part of the PMaaS lab, facilitate development of ecosystem models and facilitate adoption of PM models and techniques (developed by PMaaS) to GE businesses
- Establish strong cadence with GE business product management teams to identify, develop and share Global best practices in Product Management
- Work closely with Product Management Academy to institutionalized Product Management across GE and GRC
- Work with product management within GE Business units to influence their product roadmaps for implementation as well as their “spinout” and “spinin” strategies
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years proven product management experience
- Demonstrated capacity to lead product management in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project generation and management skills essential
- Multitasking, self-organizing, planning, and crisis management skills are critical to interacting with the business; must be able to deal with dynamic priority setting environment
- Influence, facilitation, and negotiation skills; boundary-less and solution-focused approach
