Summary
Gallup is looking for an IT manager to lead a team of software developers in our Washington, D.C., office as they build Web and mobile technology for Gallup’s global StrengthsFinder initiatives. You will lead the technical vision, define project plans and organize resources for all technology priorities across various client teams. You will also manage a payroll budget, determine hiring needs, and measure, recognize and track performance and outcomes by individuals and teams.

Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, computer engineering or related field * Three or more years of IT management experience, leading both people and processes * Direct experience working in an environment where technology and business partner closely together
