Client Service Consultant

In this role, you will gain consulting expertise in Gallup’s core practice areas through firsthand experience with clients and mentorship from our senior consultants. Ideal candidates will lead with excellent communication and have an aptitude for project management and innovative problem solving.

* Build expertise in Gallup’s prestigious consulting solutions, including our High-Performance Management course, employee engagement research, talent-based hiring and strengths-based development solutions, and strengths coaching certification * Manage client projects from conception to development and rollout * Analyze survey data, external research, industry trends, financial information and qualitative data to develop solutions for client organizations * Collaborate with Gallup senior consultants, methodologists and specialists to design strategic project plans * Communicate complex recommendations to internal and external clients * Thrive in a high-performance culture with the opportunity for unlimited growth and development paths The permanent location for this role is San Francisco. However, successful candidates will train in our Irvine office for up to one year prior to working in our San Francisco office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

* A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred * One to three years of consulting experience * Demonstrated success in a leadership role; the ability to collaborate and manage multiple people and projects * Experience with SPSS, SAS, STATA, Tableau or other statistical tools is strongly desired
