Vice President of Product Management

G5 is looking for a Product Leader who can transform the Product Management role at G5 from a tactical, inwardly facing role to a strategic, market-facing role defining the vision and market opportunities for the next generation of digital marketing tools in the Real Estate industry. Come help G5 define the innovative products that will lead the next phase of our growth in beautiful Bend, OR. The Vice President of Product Management will be responsible for all product management activities from concept/vision and strategic product planning, to product definition, to tactical execution, and be given P&L responsibilities for the G5 product line to empower the change.

* Conduct research and gather robust data to general KPIs to make data-driven decision behind product and feature development * Collaborate with leadership and product teams to lead product design and delivery * Engage stakeholders to align on clear, actionable product strategy and priorities to deliver optimal results for customers and our business * Drive and facilitate the planning process to provide focus and alignment on critical strategies to delight our customers * Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis * Effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, services, operations and engineering teams to develop requirements, prioritize enhancements, translate into PRDs and drive projects to completion * Evangelize the product vision and product roadmap, inspiring customer empathy throughout the organization * Own the P&L for the products * Define, track and improve key product metrics * Own the release management process in partnership with the CTO and head of engineering * Exemplify G5 Core Values and Behaviors

* 5-10 years of extensive product management leadership experience developing, building, and launching web-based business applications * 5-10 years of start up experience * Proven track record of delivering successful products in the SaaS space * Experience owning the entire product management function for a company * Communication, leadership, team building, and people management skills that your employees appreciate and competitors envy * Experience with development and execution of tactical plans * A blend of management, technical, creative, business, and marketing skills * Demonstrated strong capabilities in communication - both oral and written - and presentation skills for all levels of audience * The capability to execute rapidly and efficiently in an unstructured environment * The ability to translate strategy into tactical plans * The ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions * Experience in product design or engineering background a plus * University degree required. MBA or CS degree a plus
