Sales Solutions Analyst

Our Sales Solutions Analyst is responsible for being an expert in G5’s product and services offerings. The Solutions Analyst will support Sales Executives by equipping them with reports and assessments so they can have more effective conversations with prospective customers. Additionally, the Solutions Analyst will be responsible for general product demonstrations to prospects and will play a lead role in leading the technical transition as customers begin implementation after the sales process.

* Use/create tools to evaluate a prospect’s current state of digital marketing * Prepare assessment reports for Sales Account Executives and Sales Management * Join Sales Executives in prospective client feasibility calls to provide industry expertise and assessment results * Provide insight about website best practices and usability * Work with internal teams to stay up to date on G5 and Digital Marketing changes * Continually review and update assessment reports to reflect the most recent and relevant criteria * Lead the process of scoping a project before it enters implementation * Assist sales team in creation of customized client documents and presentations * Provide general product demonstrations to prospects and current customers * Exemplify G5 Core Values and Behaviors
