Client Engagement Specialist

The Client Engagement Specialist will have a passion for customer success and set of diverse responsibilities including monthly and quarterly report creation, account management for Small Portfolio Clients/Limited Services Clients and additional administrative tasks around client account management as determined by the Client Success Team.

**Monthly and Quarterly Report Creation** * Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: * Utilize Google Analytics and Excel to create monthly and quarterly performance reports * Request reports from specialized performance teams & conduct high level analysis of data **Contract generation** * Utilize Salesforce and Netsuite to request/ generate service and project contracts **Small Portfolio Clients/Limited Services Clients** * Responsible for add and delete locations and as required, deleting clients * Responsible for all Professional Services projects * Promote and sell G5 products and services **Team Support Responsibilities:** * Scheduling proactive client program review meetings on behalf of Customer Success Managers * Cover accounts when needed & conduct various administrative tasks * Exemplify G5 Core Values and Behaviors

* Account Management experience preferred * A passion for all things digital, social and mobile * College education preferred but not required * Must be organized, have good time management skills,and a good working knowledge of basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
