Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at G5, you will use your analytical skills to solve complex problems that touch teams across the company. You will assist in identifying new business models and process improvements, completing business cases in support of projects, facilitating business process modeling and research efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid mix of business acumen, process improvement expertise, technological understanding, and interpersonal skills.

**The Business Analyst Will:** * Work with Program Managers to drive strategic projects * Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and develop/propose solutions for improving/optimizing processes * Assess risks and propose mitigation measures * Collaborate on multiple cross-functional projects * Participate in root cause analysis in order to recommend process enhancements or other appropriate action to improve productivity for business units * Identify new business models and intended benefits * Assist in preparing project executive reports * Communicate regular statuses on projects to team members **Other Duties/Responsibilities** * Be able to garner respect from your project teams * Participate in employee training related to project deliverables * Have the desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust * Exemplify G5 Core Values and Behaviors

**The Business Analyst Will Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or closely-related field * 2+ years’ experience as a business and/or systems analyst * Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Lean and Six Sigma project methodologies * Great communication skills * Exceptional attentional to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Google business applications
