Summary
Supports various sales roles with sourcing, qualification and acquisition of new customers. Assists sales leaders and staff by creating presentations and proposals that support the sales process for new account acquisition. Assists the Field Sales Manager and sales team by researching and analyzing sales and prospect data and information.
Responsibilities
* Obtains information regarding prospects through various research sources for example Internet, industry periodicals, newspapers and prepares informational reports for TSM review * Utilizes computer system skills to create presentation materials and proposals to support the sales process * Provides standard and ad hoc reports for TSR's and TSM as needed. * Track referrals and location promotions for performance expectations and coordinating location pay outs * Develops and submits specified correspondence to targeted accounts. Assists in organizing location promotions and sales blitzes. * Support Sales team with system details necessary for accurate processing of new accounts including ISCs. New Item Set Up Process, SIC codes, Tax Codes, etc. * Assists in the audit of new account information before entry into IMPAC. Audits and assists in new account folder preparation. Obtain samples, ISC data, ISC set up and set up embellishments. * Prepare Welcome Letters for new customers and make follow up calls after install to check customer satisfaction. * Responsible for location adherence to the Perfect Install process including the tracking of garments on new accounts. * Process and track direct purchase orders from the Sales Team; both for submitting orders and for staff commissions. Take an active role in weekly Growth Meetings with focus on Perfect Install. * Organize quarterly sales meetings and agendas. Perform other duties as directed by appropriate personnel.
Ideal Candidate
**Education Requirements:** * High school diploma, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years of general office experience **Work Experience Requirements:** * Database management experience **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in MicroSoft Word * Experience in a multi line phone system * Superior telephone skills * Proficiency in data key punching
