Mobile Marketing Tour Manager

Fuse is a youth culture marketing services agency providing brand strategy, event marketing, PR, design, digital and social media services

- Delivering client brand messaging - Managing commercial vehicle operation, maintenance and DOT compliance - Safe and timely transportation of event presence and client property to assigned destinations - Load in and load out of event equipment and activities at each event location - Hiring and supervision of local Brand Ambassadors as needed and directed by Fuse management - Distributing food samples and non-alcoholic beverages to consumers in mass quantities - Proper recycling practices of all materials - Timely completion of event recaps and equipment inventory after each event - Booking travel accommodations as needed - Driving a Class A commercial vehicle for long distances - Planning routing to all assigned destinations - Ability to adapt and adjust to program shifts, policy and procedural changes as required and communicated by Fuse management - Present a positive image, embody leadership qualities and promote the agency and client with confidence and enthusiasm - Regular and reliable communication with Fuse management and strict punctuality

- 3+ years of mobile marketing experience - Experience with food trucks preferred - Experience in sampling of food and beverage products - Experience managing Brand Ambassadors - Experience driving heavy duty truck and trailer - Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) - Satisfactory results from a DMV background check to be performed prior to hiring - Experience complying with DOT Commercial Vehicle regulations - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs. - Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
