Summary

As our senior team member focused on optimizing the acquisition funnel, you’ll be a critical contributor to our growth efforts. Your primary responsibility will be the customer journey from the time they land on the website to the time they become a bona fide customer. You are a skilled growth-minded marketer who’s data driven and hyper-focused on the customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Analyze all aspects of Fundbox’s conversion funnel and develop strategies to improve/maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, BD, product, engineering, BI) to drive key growth strategies forward
  • Ensure we have the right tool-set and internal processes to effectively execute
  • Drive testing efforts with focus on fast iterations and quick learnings
  • Run large projects from start to completion (ex., implementation of marketing automation, SEO of website, etc.)
  • Develop and execute quarterly plans
  • Work with the executive suite to develop strategies in support of overall marketing/company goals
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role/function
  • Strong, well-rounded marketing background with emphasis on growth experience. Additional product marketing experience is a big plus.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and CMS solutions
  • Mix of quantitative and qualitative marketing skill-set
  • Strong project management skills
  • Management experience
  • SEO experience a plus
  • Experience as part of a fast-growing start-up and MBA a plus
