• Managing all supplier relationships and daily supplier management activities to ensuring the smooth operation of business units;
• Developing requests for quotations and proposals, analyzing supplier responses, negotiating, awarding contracts, managing post-aware supplier activities, and maintaining quotes and supplier compliance requirements;
• Acting as the main contact to work with key stakeholders on supplier quality and service issues.

Education:

• 4-year degree required; Emphasis on supply chain and/or sourcing preferred.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing in a manufacturing environment;
• Proven project management experience with understanding of Total Cost approach;
• Global sourcing and international business experience, International travel required 25-35%;
• Experience in contract administration with suppliers;
• ISM certification preferred;
• Strong understanding of commodity strategy;
• Strong negotiation skills.
