* Supervising multiple plant locations for production and processes to ensure product quality, delivery dates, and process improvements; * Leading and directing plant employees including supervisors, foremen, and lead personnel; * Analyzing staffing requirements and planning; * Investigating and submitting capital equipment recommendations for purchase; * Recommending and coordinating facility upgrades and related improvements; * Promoting continuous improvement activities; * Interacting and communicating with all levels of personnel to ensure best possible production results.

**Education:** College degree is preferred, but not required. **Required Skills** * 3+ years of manufacturing production experience; * Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management; * Leadership and project management experience; * Critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organizing skills; * Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
