Staff Accountant

Rooster Teeth is looking for a Staff Accountant to fill a key role in a rapidly-growing accounting and finance department, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting the accounting team close the financial period and producing the consolidated financial statements.

* Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements and support schedules * Assist with procure-to-pay and inventory management process * Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts * Maintain fixed asset register * Banking, processing bank deposits, including cash management functions * Assist with accounting functions related to our online store * Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures * Prepare tax computations and returns

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting * 4+ years accounting experience * NetSuite and Concur experience preferred * CPA or future CPA candidates highly desired * Excellent communication skills * Exposure to YouTube, digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers a plus
