Interactive Producer

Fullscreen Media is a global leader in social-first entertainment experiences serving creators, brands and consumers. Fullscreen Media is comprised of three key businesses: Fullscreen Creator Network is the biggest network empowering creators through a variety of services, from audience development and programming support to management, content production and merchandising.

We are looking for an Interactive Producer who will lead in the development of branded destinations for the Fullscreen Creator Business and its top Fullscreen Network talent. The ideal candidate would be well-rounded interactive web producer / developer who is comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic, high intensity growth environment and have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, and digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers.

* Support company and department goals by working to deliver products to clients that are high quality, within budget and on-time or ahead of schedule * Manage projects and clients, develop internal project management and workflow processes, and support development team’s needs * Lead branded site development for Fullscreen Talent * Accurately scope projects, define project requirements and success metrics * Distill clients’ needs into long and short term deliverables by leveraging internal and external resources * Serve as the main interface on projects with Fullscreen’s Talent team, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly and manage expectations * Help set and maintain project timelines and expectations with both client and internal teams * Update stakeholders on project status as it pertains to delivery expectations and budgetary issues or changes in overall project scope * Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project and involving the right people at the right times for project success * Have involvement on decisions to bring on freelancers for specific projects * Ensure that each team member clearly understands what is required of them for that particular project, timelines and due dates * Be passionate about delivering the best quality work while not jeopardizing schedule and budget * Be proactive and innovative in your approach to solving problems on projects * Work with Fullscreen leadership in creating and maintaining internal process documentation and training materials * Foster team cohesion across multiple offices * Work with the other department directors as needed to coordinate cross-departmental project deliverables, scope and timelines

* 4-5 years of technical and creative project management experience * Knowledge of web production tools and database driven sites, such as Squarespace, Wordpress, Basecamp, Confluence / JIRA * Effective presentation and communication skills with internal stakeholders and clients * Adhere to project design, look, interface, and functional guidelines/specifications **Bonus Points if:** * Familiarity with HTML and/or CSS * Familiarity with digital content creators across social platforms
