Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Brand Design Team who is collaborative by nature, curious by default and has a deep love for exploring design solutions that both inspire and inform. The Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with other design team members, senior staff, business development, marketing, and sales teams on various projects.

* Conceive of and design print and online materials, including key art, marketing collateral, logos, presentations, social marketing assets, event and environmental design, press kits and other pieces as necessary * Work closely with Digital and Motion Graphic Designers to ensure continuity of design and shared assets * Set-up electronic files for prepress * Opportunity to attend photo shoots

* 3+ years of print and/or online design experience * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design * Experience in television, film or entertainment industry preferred * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, and PPT * Familiarity with Flash, HTML, web design, banner design, working knowledge of AfterEffects / Cinema 4D a plus * Proven experience in print (4 color, spot colors, PDF and printer ready mechanicals) and print production techniques in order to complete a job from design concept to pre-press preparation * Strong creative concept, design, and typographical skills * Work collaboratively, keeping the overall business goals top of mind * Be a creative thinker - think through each project, and explore and develop fresh ideas * Contribute to the overall culture of Fullscreen by being adventurous in your work, supportive of your peers and enthusiastic about what we are building * A love of typography, color and layout is evident in your work * Enthusiastic about youth culture and digital entertainment * Fast learner, as well as an efficient and inquisitive worker * Professional, diplomatic and great team player * Communication and listening skills - taking the time needed to understand client and stakeholder needs to make the project successful
