NAC Engineer

* Working in a professional manner with all members of the security team and other towers/departments * Reporting to client during weekly touchpoints any updates with regard to the tool * Attending meetings as requested by management, client, or other supporting towers/departments * Troubleshooting any issues during the normal course of business through ticketing system * Participating in any incidents associated with the tool and troubleshooting in real time on incident calls **Ongoing and routine work expected to be executed includes:** * Routine report delivery to client * Any changes to reporting as requested and agreed upon with client * Maintaining N-1 (minimum) software/firmware client requirements * Deployment of any changes, plug-ins, or configuration as requested by client

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related experience (5+ yrs in formalized IT department) * Experience with Network Access Control technologies * Strong understanding of networking protocols used in configuration of switches/routers/firewalls * Experience in implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting network and security infrastructure and tools * Professional certifications taken into consideration but not required
