Summary
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Paralegal & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the General Counsel with highly confidential and sensitive projects applicable to Frontline Education. The Paralegal & Administrative Assistant will also act as an Administrative Assistant to the General Counsel, Vice President of Finance and the Vice President, Controller.
Responsibilities
* Ability to work with highly sensitive material and maintain absolute confidentiality at all times * Assist with developing systems, processes and procedures for contracting purposes * Review of basic agreements * Prepare amendments to agreements * Ensure compliance with contract review policies and procedures * Assist General Counsel with various legal projects, including legal research * Proactively identify and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement of processes across legal function at Frontline Education * Assist business groups with contract compliance and interpretation questions and issues * Prepare and coordinate support for board meeting preparation as needed * Be a self-starter, be able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously * Administrative functions including printing and mailing documents, providing necessary support to General Counsel and VP of Finance and Controller.

**Required Education & Experience** * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily * Initiative to address problems and come up with solutions to make improvements to processes and procedures as they pertain to legal compliance * The individual must be organized, detail-oriented, timely and accurate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal certificate * At least 5 to 10 years of experience as a transactional paralegal with related experience at law firm or corporate law department **Key Competencies** * You will maintain the highest integrity and confidentiality when working with the in house General Counsel * You will possess exceptional communications skills with a mindset of being both player and coach to drive results. * Relationships!
