Responsibilities

Collaborate with our Marketing Specialist to help manage:

  • Marketing brief review and execution
  • Creative development & review of all marketing tactics
  • Liaison with creative and media agencies
  • Liaison with regional marketing teams on additional needs
  • Assist in the management of our spokes person's Social Media and Brand Awareness campaigns
  • Communicate with regional marketing teams about material availability for campaigns
  • Manage weekly status report for the residential acquisition team
  • Compile quarterly creative review decks for marketing managers
  • Assist with various research projects, including data analysis, organization, and project management
  • Ad hoc admin projects as needed (i.e. pulling together PowerPoint decks, campaign matrix management, internal reports and distribution, team meeting management and travel arrangements, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
  • Senior or recent graduate majoring in communications, marketing, or a marketing-related field preferred.
  • Must be a hard worker who enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Must be task-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple projects and prioritize as needed with great attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as be a strong team player; exceptional written and oral communication capabilities are necessary.
  • Functional ability to operate a PC and appropriate software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Strong interest in social media and online digital experience
  • Self-starter, proactive, takes the initiative
  • Previous internship experience preferably in Marketing
  • Work a minimum of 35 hours per week
  • Must be able to work in Norwalk, CT office
