(Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin)The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network is made up of Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee; Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls; St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend; and more than 25 primary and specialty care health centers and clinics.
Manages Human Resources Information Management (HRIM) Department to ensure integrity of the system, data, and integrated systems. Lead and coordinate projects/ activities related to process improvement in a collaborative environment. Collaborate with HR Division as well as other departments as appropriate to ensure HRIM is operating efficiently and effectively meeting mutually established goals of FH and develop goals and objective that will support FH strategic direction. Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of seven years of related IT and/or HR experience is required.
- Leadership experience is required.
- Experience in health care environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related area such as Information Technology or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, processes and best practices.
- Must possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
