Encompass Systems Administrator

* Effectively manage and maintain Ellie Mae Encompass Loan Origination System. * Responsible for work flows, edits, creating new screens, business rules and improving processes and other system administration functions. * Work directly with the project management team for systems-related projects and technical issues during the initiation and planning phases.Scripting and programming a plus. * Responsible for performing day-to-day monitoring to determine health of systems.

**Preferred Skills:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. * Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail as well as the ability to focus on the overall objective of a given task/project Strong customer service skills. * Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. * Providing support for major projects.Providing outstanding customer service to all staff and management personnel. **Education and experience:** * 3+ years of recent Systems Administration experience. * High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area preferred. * Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment as well as with minimal supervision.
