Four Seasons Produce, Inc. is a full-service wholesale produce distributor supplying Organic, Local and Conventional fresh produce and related products to Organic Markets, Food Co-Ops, Independent Retailers, Chain Stores, Juice Bars and other produce buyers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Primary responsibilities include multiple warehouse tasks such as: - Accurately selecting/pulling customer orders - Attention to detail to ensure correct item and quantity are selected - Proper handling of product to eliminate damage and shrink - Proper pallet building and wrapping - Loading completed orders - Loading outbound trucks with completed pallets, using single and/or double pallet jack - Operating a high reach forklift - Full pallet order selection - Replenishment - General end-of-shift sanitation duties - Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a safe and clean work area and adhere to food safety policies - Use RF equipment, especially hand-held scanners and hand-free voice selection units (Vocollect Talkman System) - Ability to build pallets properly - Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repetitively - Attention to detail is essential

- Minimum of 18 years of age - Ideally, previous warehouse experience - Ideally, previous experience operating electric pallet jack - Ideally, previous experience operating high reach forklift - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
