• Work with the Marketing Team to develop the overall design concepts for multimedia presentations designed for B2B and B2C
• Design and develop cutting edge animated presentations for training and product presentation
• Prepare layouts to illustrate vision for the design, including the selection of colors, imagery, artwork, photography, animation, typography, and music and other elements for the design
• Make sure all productions meet brand standards

• Requires a theoretical and conceptual knowledge of a technical/functional specialization
• Customer focused and driven to please the customer
• Problems are typically solved through high level technical analysis
• Adobe Creative Suite expert, particularly Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and Captivate
• Keynote expert
• Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail
• Must have knowledge of the importance of Branding on an organization
• Must be able to thrive under tight deadlines, quick revisions, and dynamic creative direction
• Must be able to manage time and determine priorities across multiple projects
• Must be the type of creative thinker that sees an obstacle as a reason to re-think executional strategies in pursuit of a goal
