* Work with the Marketing Team to develop the overall design concepts for multimedia presentations designed for B2B and B2C * Design and develop cutting edge animated presentations for training and product presentation * Prepare layouts to illustrate vision for the design, including the selection of colors, imagery, artwork, photography, animation, typography, and music and other elements for the design * Make sure all productions meet brand standards

* Requires a theoretical and conceptual knowledge of a technical/functional specialization * Customer focused and driven to please the customer * Problems are typically solved through high level technical analysis * Adobe Creative Suite expert, particularly Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and Captivate * Keynote expert * Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail * Must have knowledge of the importance of Branding on an organization * Must be able to thrive under tight deadlines, quick revisions, and dynamic creative direction * Must be able to manage time and determine priorities across multiple projects * Must be the type of creative thinker that sees an obstacle as a reason to re-think executional strategies in pursuit of a goal
