Responsibilities
* Lead efforts to implement and provide ongoing support for the Ford Credit Social Media Strategy, including: * Establishing processes and a team to engage on social channels, * Implementing technology to support social engagement, * Developing and publishing content through social channels, * Creating, implementing and monitoring campaigns in social channels, * Establishing procedures and providing oversight to ensure compliance * Project management. * Coordinate and collaborate with departments across the organization (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Legal, IT).
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors Degree in Social Media/Communications, Public Relations, Business, Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Advertising, Journalism, or related field of study. * 1+ years of experience using social platforms for the purposes of interacting with the public. Preferred Requirements: * Professional familiarity with major social media trends. * Project management experience. * Self-starter, high level of initiative, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task * Creative thinker and problem solver * Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written word * Ability to work autonomously on highly visible projects
