Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic, adaptable and motivated Business Analyst to analyze, design and create algorithms for configuration software that determines the buildability of vehicles. You will partner with lead designers and developers within the Product Definition space to expand and improve the configuration software. As team player, you will create impact by collaborating across the Product Definition organization and with key work partners throughout the company - product, capacity planning, finance and global order to delivery.

* Analyze configuration questions and design algorithms to answer the questions with a scalable solution * Work with lead developers to translate algorithms into pseudo code * Develop documentation that explains algorithms and their uses in a consumable manner for resources not familiar with combinatorial mathematics * Develop documentation for project requirements utilizing Ford standards and process * Research new techniques/algorithms to be used for configuration within Ford

* Masters of Science Degree with concentration in Combinatorial Mathematics * 2+ years' experience working with configuration algorithms * 3+ years' experience working on Agile team as a business analyst * 2+ years' working with a development team translating algorithms into pseudo code **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree * 2+ years of experience with Mathematic Analysis or Combinatorial Mathematics * 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
