- Development of hazard analysis documentation for automated vehicles
- Development of system level functional safety requirements for automated vehicles
- Assist in the creation of system level technical requirements for automated vehicles
- Development of test plans and procedures for verifying that internally developed automated vehicle safety targets are met
- Assisting in conducting experiments to validate vehicle system and subsystem performance meet safety targets
- Engineering Degree (EE / ME / IE) or equivalent.
- Experience with performing FMEAs and other Hazard analysis techniques with safety in mind.
- Experience working in a team-based project from inception to finish across multiple disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in Engineering (EE ME IE) or equivalent.
- Experience in automotive safety analysis
- Experience with Software failure analysis at the architecture level
- Working knowledge of ISO 26262: Functional Safety for Automotive Vehicles
