Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Director of Engineering who has done it before to lead our dev team. We practice Scrum with 1-week sprint cycles for faster development and feedback. Our roadmap is packed with UX improvements and new features with the goal of making the best product in its class.
- In our current stack we use PHP, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, Resque, Elasticsearch, Backbone, React and a handful of modern REST APIs. Everything is hosted on AWS.
- This is a full-time job, choose to work remote or in our San Francisco office.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup building & shipping a SaaS product.
- Outstanding management skills.
- Proven experience growing teams that build great product fast.
- Full stack engineering background.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and commit code when needed.
