Web Developer

Floor & Decor is a leading specialty retailer in the hard surface flooring market, offering the broadest in-stock selection of tile, wood, stone, related tools and flooring accessories - at every day low prices. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Atlanta.

Identify and utilize appropriate internet marketing and/or viral marketing strategies with the goal of dramatically expanding the company’s customer base. This position will also work to enhance the content of the company’s website.

* Identify and target appropriate internet-based opportunities to introduce the company and to solicit potential customer interest. * Promote the company’s products and services, features, and benefits to prospective customers via the internet. * Respond appropriately to prospective customers and/or coordinate with staff members to ensure that prospective customers receive appropriate information or are appropriately directed. * Follow up with prospective customers periodically to further assess customer needs and interests and to encourage interested customers to purchase product

* Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of web content experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education. * A strong background in internet marketing. * Excellent Internet skills. * Excellent written and oral communication skills and a professional demeanor. * Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with potential customers. * Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment with numerous deadlines. * Must be detail oriented. * Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook. * Excellent organizational skills. * Ability to follow instructions and willingness to assume responsibility. * Must be able to multi-task and be a team player. * Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
