Responsibilities
- You own the transactional data flow that powers our movie ticketing service (reliability, security, traceability, throughput, performance, etc). Movie-goers around the country are depending on you!
- You build it, you run it. You design and implement robust software and the operational capabilities to keep things humming (trending, alerting, etc.)
- You champion high quality and best engineering practices
Ideal Candidate
- BS in Computer Science or a related field. MS strongly preferred.
- 6+ years experience working on Java server-side applications
- 4+ years experience working with monetary transactional systems (e.g. banking or payment processing)
- Experienced in building systems with high traceability/efficient audit trails
- Experience with distributed and concurrent systems/applications
