Responsibilities
- Collaborate with peers on technical design, work estimation and implementation of new app features such new UI designs, subsystem refactoring, and performance optimizations to enhance our user experience
- Perform peer code reviews and short presentations on the large features that you have worked on
- Be proactive and champion new methodologies, 3rd party frameworks, or technologies to improve the Flixster app
Ideal Candidate
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years software engineering experience with at least one full product life cycle completed
- Strong programming experience in Objective-C and Cocoa Touch. Knowledge of Swift is a plus!
- Knowledge of object-oriented design
- Be passionate about creating responsive, efficient and maintainable code
- Bonus points for writing a personal iOS app that has been published onto the App Store
