Summary
Fiverr, a leading global marketplace for buying and selling services starting at $5, is looking for a Customer Support Representative for a full time position. We are looking for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and committed to being a part of our growing customer support group.
Responsibilities
A great candidate would be pro active, hard working, analytical, dedicated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, punctual, out of the box thinker, self sufficient, and with an attention to detail. The job requires evening and night shifts.
This position is located in our Plantation office
Ideal Candidate
* Native English speaker
* Fluent in Spanish
* At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Support
* Ability to distinguish, prioritize, and report important technical issues
* Resolve customer complaints via an email ticketing system
* Contribute ideas and practical solutions to the team
* Ability to work night shifts
