Senior Financial Analyst

To complement our rapid expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our mission-critical FP&A team. Our ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in corporate FP&A, budgeting and financial modeling. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide key business support to various organizations within the company.

* Collaborate effectively to manage corporate budgeting and forecasting cycles * Partner with business units within the company to budget and forecast expenses * Liaise closely with budget owners on a regular basis to prepare and facilitate budget vs. actual analysis * Monitor key trends and levers, such as headcount, capex and expenses against budget / forecast assumptions * Work closely with accounting to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of transactional activities during month-end * Plan and reconcile headcount * Model 3-statement financial statements and prepare related reports * Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance / Accounting) * 7+ years of corporate financial planning and analysis experience or 2+ years of investment banking experience (SaaS experience a plus) * Excellent analytical and 3-statement financial modeling skills * Technical expertise and experience in planning system * Highly proficient in Excel * Access or database experience a plus * Ability to translate and transform unstructured data into value adding information **Key Attributes:** * Detail-oriented and systematic with a high level of accuracy * Strong business partnering skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic fast-paced environment * Effective communication skills with all levels of management * A team player with ability to multi-task and prioritize
