Senior Financial Analyst

To complement our rapid expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our mission-critical FP&A team. Our ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in corporate FP&A, budgeting and financial modeling. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide key business support to various organizations within the company.

• Collaborate effectively to manage corporate budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Partner with business units within the company to budget and forecast expenses
• Liaise closely with budget owners on a regular basis to prepare and facilitate budget vs. actual analysis
• Monitor key trends and levers, such as headcount, capex and expenses against budget / forecast assumptions
• Work closely with accounting to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of transactional activities during month-end
• Plan and reconcile headcount
• Model 3-statement financial statements and prepare related reports
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance / Accounting)
• 7+ years of corporate financial planning and analysis experience or 2+ years of investment banking experience (SaaS experience a plus)
• Excellent analytical and 3-statement financial modeling skills
• Technical expertise and experience in planning system
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Access or database experience a plus
• Ability to translate and transform unstructured data into value adding information
