Senior Application Developer

Fisher Investments is searching for a highly qualified Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to work on ongoing Dynamics CRM 2013 support/enhancements. Responsibilities will include writing plugins, customizations and configurations, and building new workflows to make users work more efficiently.

Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, or other science field required * .NET (required 7-8 years) * C# (required 7-8 years) * SQL (required 5-6 years) * Javascript, HTML5, JQuery (required 3-4 years) * Dynamics CRM 2011 or 2013 (required 3-4 years) Additional Skills: * Ability to perform as a team member * Good communication skills in working with co-workers and internal clients * Good design and troubleshooting skills * Ability to perform off-hours production support * Design, develop, and test CRM 2013 programming and customizations * Create views and dashboards based on business needs * Review and contribute to the definition of business and functional requirements * Participate in generation of architectural solutions and technical specifications along with development planning and design reviews, including estimation of effort for design and development tasks * Deliver accurately coded solutions from verbal and written specifications * Develop structured system and integration test plans and execute tests * Correct bugs in code identified through testing * Document work, including code comments, design documentation, screen and report layouts, data and process models, and other technical artifacts related to new development work * Stay current with technology, best practices and industry trends * Provide feedback and related recommendations as applicable * Perform special assignments as directed by management
