Summary
The Digital Strategy Project Manager is a critical role that will help support the Fisher Investments Global Marketing Group and digital marketing initiatives. Leverage project management skills to coordinate and execute digital campaigns to make an immediate difference in our ROI. Work closely with management to oversee campaigns, projects and processes designed to convert prospects across digital marketing acquisition and conversion channels. Responsibilities
* Drive coordination and organization of complex, high priority digital projects and workflow to directly impact marketing metrics and performance * Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executive and senior level management, to identify project priorities aligned with marketing goals * Manage and organize project workflow, including gathering requirements, facilitating meetings, and providing executive level updates * Coordinate across requestors and executors to support test and project plans * Leverage data and analytics to inform the development of high-performing lead gen marketing campaigns * Prioritize and manage resources in order to execute on a broad array of web projects and sites * Support and maintain test calendars, timelines, and documentation (including training documents and the component library) * Work closely with Global Marketing teams to support digital experiences tailored to their respective geographic markets
Ideal Candidate
* Experience managing projects and campaigns to support direct marketing campaigns * Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and exhibit managerial courage * Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including technical development teams * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate priorities and updates to management * Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA project management tools * Focus on using data to inform marketing decisions * Familiar with Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Access, Word) * Working Content Management System experience (Sitecore preferred)
