A challenging opportunity exists for an experienced Architect to join our growing multidiscipline office in Novi, Michigan. Qualified candidates should have a professional degree in architecture with approximately 7-10 years of work experience, and have effective working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word and Excel. This position offers the opportunity to get involved with a variety of project types, including commercial, higher education, healthcare, and municipal facilities

* Be able to work in an A/E team environment under the direction of a project manager. * Assist in the research and documentation of code requirements for assigned projects. * Prepare construction documents including assisting with specifications. * Interface and coordinate the technical development of projects with other engineering disciplines. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Degree: * Architecture Desired Job Experience * Professional degree in Architecture. * Registered or working towards an architectural registration is preferred. * Ideal candidate will have experience in the technical development of projects using Revit and AutoCAD. * General knowledge of applicable codes and guidelines. * Experience in developing a set of technical drawings and specifications to convey client scope for bidding and constructing projects. * Strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work within fee budgets. * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible. * Ability to work well with others to meet or exceed schedules.
