Summary
Our Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the efforts and activities that define, promote, and evangelize both new and current aspects of the GRM platform. Maintaining in-depth understanding of our product roadmap and collaborating with the Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success teams, this individual must successfully execute on the difficult task of getting FiscalNote products in front of potential clients. Before any of that, however, this individual must develop an intimate knowledge of both how and why these products impact our customers and the greater addressable market. In order to methodically craft the underlying message for these products and features, s/he must simultaneously jump deep into product specifics while keeping an eye on the larger, higher-level value propositions those products fulfill.
Responsibilities
- Develop intimate knowledge of the FiscalNote GRM and related services - Write engaging product-related or inspired copy for a variety of channels - Help define our products and their capabilities to our target audience, and provide product feedback from that audience - Identify and leverage the best mediums to convey critical product information, using external resources if necessary - Help develop effective marketing campaigns, particularly using product and value-proposition knowledge - Clearly communicate with individuals across FiscalNote about products, projects, deadlines, and potential obstacles - Connect low-level features to high-level value propositions - Write regularly about new features and value-propositions across a multitude of channels

Comfortable working with and managing multiple deadlines, you are an ace at managing and synthesizing information from a wide variety of personalities and roles.. Your process-oriented nature allows you to handle repeatable procedures with increased efficiency, and execute flawlessly on anything from product promotion to narrative construction. Keeping the bigger picture front of mind, you both rapidly and strategically consider the many different options and consequences to any decision you make. **You Have** - 4+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role - Excellent long-form and copywriting skills - Experience supporting enterprise-class product - Worked across multiple teams and have fostered relationships across the teams - Recognized and pushed forward good design (Visually compelling and informative design)
