Summary
As a Graphic Designer on the marketing team, you will create and maintain assets and content to support the company’s marketing goals. Working closely with the entire team, you will drive improvements to our user experience by bringing the FiscalNote brand to life and making it consistent across all of our touch points. Excited to help out in multiple capacities, you will also occasionally provide support to different teams should they have any design needs.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with teammates on our content design (sales collateral, blogs, email templates, social media posts, webinar presentations, etc.) * Bring ideas for new look and feel to content * Create an arsenal of templates and assets for our marketing channels to help the team be more efficient in running marketing programs * Work with the team for special design and/or collateral for various company events
Ideal Candidate
**About You** Visually adventurous. Appreciation for elegant, yet forward thinking design. You think about customers/prospects first and understand how important design is to the user experience. You work at the forefront of the latest design trends and absorb any information that will make you better at what you do. You like to learn about your audiences and what motivates them to respond to marketing initiatives. You push the boundaries for what is considered conventional, yet you respect and integrate elements of more traditional design into your original concepts. **You Have** * A bachelor’s degree in visual design or a related field, or 3+ years of professional design experience * Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Experience with Premiere and After Effects is preferred * Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, as well as other front-end and mobile technologies * An incredible attention to detail with a strong conceptual and critical mind * Ability to synthesize and implement creative direction and take ownership of branding, themes, and style guides * A diverse portfolio that demonstrates both graphic design principles and technical expertise
