Technical Product Owner

The Technical Product Owner is responsible for the overall delivery of MDM services. They are responsible for availability, performance and the technology stack top-to-bottom. The candidate must have Java development and MDM experience skillset and background with Technical Lead experience/capability. Also acts as a back-up for MDM Service Development. Supports the vision for Master Data Management for the comapany with a focus on how to utilize data to achieve exceptional growth through data standardization and information management. They will own responsibility for managing and overseeing the operation of the master data management programing, which includes setting priorities, setting milestones, reviewing progress and reporting status.This function will provide consulting to the business units on best practices for the design and creation of MDM services throughout the enterprise.

* Lead a team to design and implement high quality MDM solutions * Drive MDM strategy, Process Design, high level MDM Architecture requirements and the implementation plan * Help lead MDM development efforts across Business and IT Stakeholders including implementation, QA and migration to production * Provide expert knowledge of enterprise master data strategies and best practices, particularly those that apply to Informatica MDM * Maintain extensive knowledge and expertise in master data management disciplines * Manage business expectations, establish credibility at all levels within First Republic Banks and build problem-solving partnerships with the Business and IT stakeholders * Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities. * Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor. * Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

* Bachelor's degree or work equivalent in computer science, technology, business analysis or Data Governance * 5+ years of progressive enterprise information management experience with focus on master data management * Experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Quality Management and Data Architecture Standardization * Direct experience leading teams with both internal and external resources and managing vendors to an agreed upon performance level * Familiarity with computer systems analysis and solutions delivery experience * Familiarity with Informatica MDM preferred * Team player * Provide extraordinary service * Futhers First Republic Bank Culture and Values
