Financial Additions has partnered with a local firm in the financial services industry that provides accounting services for various companies in the Fort Worth region that is searching for a full-charge bookkeeper. All candidates will be considered contract to hire and MUST have QuickBooks and Excel.

* Full charge bookkeeping to assist with 51 different client including construction, attorneys and non profits. * Performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries using QuickBooks. * High volume data entry, check processing and file management for multiple companies. * Assist in preparation of quarterly financial reports and reconciliations as well as annual 1099s.

* Strong skills in QuickBooks Pro and Online, Excel * Self-starter who can work independently and has the ability to follow instructions and problem-solve on her/his own. * Must have an attention to detail and organization with the ability to multi-task. * Solid written and verbal communications skills and strong interpersonal skills. * A team player with strong work ethic, who is motivated and responsible, with a friendly, outgoing personality. * Tasks include performing basic administrative duties such as making copies, filing, and mail for the office. * Every client has different requirements and someone must be highly organized and efficient in work. * Manager is hands off but holds everyone accountable. Small office and this is a client facing position. Must be able to stay calm and speak with clients regularly.
