Summary
The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will be to support Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Marketing (FIAM) team’s efforts to providing channel partners with asset management related content for meetings and events, allowing the firm divisions to showcase investment thought leadership and product knowledge in alignment with the company’s strategic initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for management of channel relationships, project management of deliverables for events, coordination of status meetings and prep sessions for events, developing materials that support Fidelity’s presence at events, tracking of qualitative and quantitative measures related to event participation and other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities
* Support the Marketing Director in managing relationships with key channel partners looking to leverage asset management content for meetings, events and similar promotional opportunities for both internal and external audiences * Partner with marketing colleagues, compliance, distribution, product management and with the investment team as necessary to align strategic direction and ensure accuracy of messaging in presentations and written materials * Support relationship management with key business partners including the Communications team, Meeting & Events, and channel marketing. * Develop and organize materials that support regular status meetings and speaker prep sessions. * Develop and organize marketing collateral and communications related to channel events, leveraging existing materials where applicable. * Gathering of data to support metrics (qualitative and quantitative)
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree and 5 years work experience * Demonstrated experience and ability to work under deadlines * Writing and proofreading experience preferred **Skills and Knowledge** * Project management * Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in different phases of development * Some financial services background or investment knowledge * Ability to build strong relationships and effectively interact with business partners and senior management. * Ability to embrace and adapt to shifts in priority and strategy * Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed organization * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines * Ability to prioritize, organize and demonstrate excellent time management skills
