Fidelis Marketing specializes in creating successful sales events exclusively for the automotive industry. Through the provision of comprehensive sales training and effective marketing, our team works together to plan, prepare and execute sales events at dealerships across Canada, USA and Europe.

From conducting a detailed dealership analysis, to the design and distribution of personalized marketing collateral, we help our clients to maximize sales by teaching them how to effectively managing the sales cycle and facilitate a positive purchase experience for all. Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a talented Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our Fidelis Marketing team in Folsom, California.

  • In this role, you will help organize private sales events at automotive dealerships in your assigned portfolio. Liaising with dealers primarily via phone and email, you will be responsible for coordinating the marketing, design and logistics activities for approximately 40 sales events each month.

  • Whether you are a new graduate or have loads of small business experience, if you are highly organized and want to work with a friendly and dynamic team, then we want to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate
  • Our ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience working in a related field.

  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a strong customer service orientation and the proven ability to multi-task effectively.

  • As an outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, you will genuinely enjoy working with people and in a collaborative office environment.

  • Strong computer proficiency is essential for success in this role.
