Information Technology Systems Administrator

You will be joining a small, highly motivated IT team responsible for end-to-end support of a quickly growing global company. Our corporate infrastructure is 90% mac, 10% other. We use Google apps and many of the usual enterprise grade SaaS apps including Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira & Confluence. Our network equipment is a mix of Meraki, Juniper and Aruba. This role will share in the day-to-day support of all staff, devices, services, but also take on major design/deployment initiatives. Strong networking skills are a must, as you’ll be the primary owner of our corporate networking infrastructure. If that isn’t enough - you will also be instrumental in helping develop and deploy IT policies, tools and procces.

* Responsible for user support and customer service; quickly diagnose and understand technical issues and resolutions across a huge variety of apps & hardware * Manage end-to-end corporate network from ISP relationships to desktop connectivity * Help Identify, Design, Implement and Maintain all manner of tools required to manage a diverse, customer-centric corporate infrastructure * Implement & improve monitoring of new and existing corporate infrastructure * Build and maintain self-hosted services in AWS (Jira, Confluence, Jamf etc.) * Share in covering IT ticket queue, oncall rotation, and tech technical documentation

* Great interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude * Not afraid to ask for help, and always willing help others * 5+ years in IT support role, with 3+ years of SysAdmin experience * Fluent in written and spoken English * Recent experience managing core networking (Switches, Routers, FWs, APs etc.) * Experience with DNS, IPsec, 802.x, BGP, OSPF, VLAN and other networking protocols * Automation & Scripting experience deploying software to laptops and mobile phones * Hands-on experience supporting Linux (Ubuntu/Centos), Mac OS **Nice To Have Skill:** * Experience managing Google apps, Jira/Confluence, Okta * Deployment experience with Chef, Casper or equivalent open-source tools * MYSQL/Postgres database administration * Active Directory deployment, troubleshooting and integration * IDS/Security experience * Project management experience * A/V, VoiP & Video Conferencing experience
