As the Regional GM, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business in your region. Working closely with senior management at HQ and regional staff in functional areas including Marketing, Community, and Operations, you will be tasked with developing and executing Farmigo’s growth strategy in the region, managing the regional P&L, and being the primary public-facing voice and face of Farmigo in the region. You will be responsible for identifying the opportunities and challenges of the region and sharing them with the rest of Farmigo’s leadership team. As one of Farmigo’s first Regional General Managers, you will also be actively engaged in the refinement and evolution of the role to achieve maximum accountability and impact. You will be joining a thriving business at a time of rapid and substantial organizational change and growth, so you will need both strong operational management skills as well as a hearty entrepreneurial spirit.

- Serve as the primary business owner for the region, with responsibility for the growth and evolution of the market.
- Be the primary expert and advocate for the region to the rest of Farmigo’s leadership.
- Be the primary expert and advocate for Farmigo’s overall mission and strategy to the regional staff.
- Lead coordination of cross-functional teams in your region - including Community, Marketing, Communications, Product, Operations, and Support - to achieve strategic goals and deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience.
- Be the primary voice and face of Farmigo in the region, including building relationships with key partners and community stakeholders, and engaging with local media.
- Manage administrative staff in the region and ensure the regional team has an inspiring and productive work environment.
- 7+ years business leadership experience.
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly analytical, capable of presenting and defending your ideas with supporting data and insights.
- Deep knowledge and networks in the region.
- Experience with the local food and/or agriculture community.
- Experience scaling a fast growing startup or other organization a big big plus.
- Background in Entrepreneurship, Marketing/Business Development, Management Consulting.
