Summary
The ideal BA will have experience as a key liaison between the lines of business and the technical teams. They will have extensive experience analyzing business requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs.
Responsibilities
* Creation of Reports manually until such reports can be automated * Ability to mine data from multiple sources * Understanding of basic data structures and ability to identify reporting opportunities * Partner with LOB, Risk Management and Technology group to coordinate the integration of applications/ platforms/ databases into identity and access management automation tools * Ability to work independently
Ideal Candidate
* Microsoft Suite; Visual Basic; specifically access database and excel advanced skills * Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities * Responsible for managing day to day reporting/metrics and information * Expert working in Microsoft Access and Excel, including querying data into Excel, pivot tables and charts, PowerPivot, Access crosstab queries, data mining from flat files
