Tableau Senior Consultant

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Fully knowledgeable in US healthcare insurance (claims lifecycle, adjudication, overpayment identification, medical plans and provider contracts).
• Adhere to all client and company policies without exceptions
• Translate the business requirement into system requirement and design
• Drive and lead the interactions for business requirement from business users

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, statistics, economics or related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement.
• 5+ Years of experience in Dashboard development and Business Intelligence
• 2+ years of experience in Tableau
• Healthcare domain knowledge
• Strong UI concepts
• Strong Dashboard Design concepts
• Expertise in all type of charts and their suitability
• Strong communication skills
