Summary
Eventbrite is seeking a collaborative and detail oriented Stock Administrator. You will ensure seamless administration of Eventbrite’s global equity plan, and will work cross functionally to maintain stock related systems and processes. We’re looking for someone with excellent problem solving and communication skills who will be a proactive resource for plan participants at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
* Administer all aspects of Eventbrite’s global equity programs * Maintain data (new hires, terminations, etc.) in the equity system * Manage all participant equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, forfeitures etc.) and ensure that they are correctly processed in a timely manner * Partner with internal departments to address any issues or changes to the equity plans and related administrative process * Work with Finance and auditors for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, as well as ensuring that tight internal controls are in place and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with effective internal controls * Act as an Equity Administration resource to participants, internal and external business partners providing them with complete and accurate information * Provide superior customer service to equity participants at all levels * Reconcile cash and shares related to stock plan transactions on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with Finance, including audit of plan reserve balances * Partner with legal team and external counsel for US and international corporate entity maintenance including coordination of corporate filings and internal record keeping * Stay up to date on changes in laws that impact our equity plans and partner with the legal team to recommend changes in practice
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years experience of increasing responsibility in Stock Plan Administration * College degree with a BS/BA * E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online experience * Experience in an IPO/public company environment highly desirable * Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) * Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal * Strong work ethic and sense of professionalism and discretion, demonstrating accountability, integrity, and respect for confidentiality * Precision/detail oriented with strong analytical skills * Trustworthy, positive, energetic, optimistic attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
