Lead UI / UX Designer

The Lead UI / UX Designer will take the lead on bringing Euclid data to life for our customers, translating a robust dataset into visually compelling terms. At every stage of the product development process, the product designer will collaborate with engineering and product to understand the needs of our clients and craft extraordinary user experiences. The product designer will be creating the tools necessary for our users to understand, optimize and grow their businesses in the physical world. We are looking to inspire our customers about the possibilities of our network and believe that good design thinking is fundamental in that quest.

* Understand our users - their key challenges, workflows, and where Euclid fits in with their needs * Storyboard and prototype user flows and interactions * Produce high-quality user scenarios, visual designs, workflows, and data visualizations for web and mobile * Participate in a cross-functional team including go-to-market, product, engineering, and data analytics * Iterate through the design process, including conceptual ideas, prototypes, and mockups - aiding in maintaining the weekly release cadence * Distill complex data science and communicate these ideas in simple, elegant views

If you share our vision and values, we’d love to hear from you. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent work experience * 3-5 years experience designing web products or data visualizations * Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Spark * Experience while working within tight deadlines * Ability to create rough or high-fidelity mockups as needed * Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills * Adaptability and enjoyment for a dynamic, fast-growing company * Stellar conceptualization skills with the mentality that there is no job too small and no idea too big * Strong creative portfolio - please include a portfolio link with your resume, unfortunately we can not consider submissions that do not have a portfolio **In addition, it would be great if:** * You have previous experience working with an analytics product * Skilled in HTML/CSS prototyping * Experience working with mobile (Android / iOS) development
