* The Director of Procedural Services is responsible for assuring that the services provided in departments responsible for are safe, efficient, and enhance the quality and customer outcomes for the patients served. * The Director is the dyad partner to the Physician Chief of Procedural Services. * The Director, in conjunction with their physician dyad, patient care staff and medical staff, prepares and manages the operational plan for procedural services (OR, Cath Lab, Cath Recovery, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Neuro, PACU, Pre-Procedural Assessment, Endo Suites, SPD, Anesthesia (liaison), Oral Surgery and Pain Procedures) capital and operating budgets, and the implementation of performance improvement to enhance quality and customer service outcomes. * If the Director is not an RN, he/she will work collaboratively with the VP of Inpatient Services to ensure the appropriate nursing leadership oversight, competencies and accountabilities are in place for Procedural Services nursing staff. * The Director defines the staffing plan, hires, evaluates, and develops a competent staff to meet patient needs and collaborates with physicians and staff to define the standards of practice and comply with regulatory requirements.

* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Management Sciences or related field. Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Management Sciences or related field preferred. * Minimum of five years of health care experience, three of which must be in Surgery and/or Procedural Services. * Minimum of two years management experience required. * Demonstrated excellence in communication and relationship building with a working knowledge of healthcare administration and integrated health system operations, or the ability to demonstrate achievement of competencies.
