Summary
As a member of the Professional Services team, you’ll work collaboratively with talented professionals to create and execute marketing plans for the division. This role requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual who will connect Esri customers with our service offerings and capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Proactively coordinate services-related marketing communication initiatives to appropriately position services capabilities and offerings to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversion to qualified opportunities * Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand and evaluate the trends and demands of target markets with the view of creating results driven marketing strategies * Identify, plan, and implement effective communication campaigns through appropriate technology, social media platforms, web presence, web analytics, and related capabilities * Conduct multiple engagements and activities simultaneously * Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and participants * Prepare and present high quality reports, presentations, and proposals * Establish, develop, and manage key relationships to support portfolio objectives
Ideal Candidate
* Professional experience supporting high-tech companies, preferably with enterprise level software and related consulting service offerings * An interest in how technology adoption trends influence business outcomes * Ability to plan, create, and implement a marketing campaign aligned with a marketing strategy * Proven experience in developing communication strategies, with an emphasis in digital marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing * Experience in developing social presence and advocating brands and capabilities effectively * Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (search engines, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) * Ability to think strategically and develop practical business approaches * Understanding of key digital marketing measurement tools * Self-motivated, creative, and team oriented * Ability to develop productive relationships with management, colleagues, and customers * Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or communications
