Era Living is seeking full-time and per diem Nurses (LPN/RN) to become the newest members of our Health Care Center team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, Seattle, WA.

The Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents and overall care planning in our Health Care Center. This includes determining priorities for care needs, coordinating the development of the written care plan. This role will be working in memory care.

• Washington State RN or LPN.
• Flexibility in schedule and ability to work on short notice.
• 1-2 years cognitive/dementia care experience,
• Prior experience working in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing facility,preferred.
• Working knowledge of MDS and Medicare,
• Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
